Please allow some time for us to receive payment and prepare your order. You will receive a tracking number to the email provided once your order is shipped. Usually within one business day.

We charge $20 for Shipping and Delivery within USA and Canada, Express post. International delivery cost $50
When will my order be shipped?
We generally send orders out same day and all other orders next business day.
How long will my package take to arrive?
We ship via USPS, FedEx, Canada Post, Xpresspost. Typically this means 1 day delivery within USA and Western Canada. Major cities, 2-3 days for other locations.

How do you package items?
All products are carefully packaged in smell-proof containers. We post in unmarked boxes or envelopes with no indication of contents.
Can you have the delivery person call me when it arrives?
No, we can not make any specific requests to Canada Post. Your items will arrive just like any mail. Please ensure that the mail person has access to your mailbox.
Do you offer local pick up?

Can microdosing treat my depression/anxiety.
We are not qualified to make any medical claims. But we wrote an article looking at current research and the potential for microdosing to help with depression and anxiety symptoms.
Why does it say take away from caffiene?
NeuroBotanicals suggests taking your dose away from coffee because users report that it momentarily increases anxiety. If your not concerned with anxiety, there is no other issue with microdosing and caffiene, as far as we know.
Do I have to take my dose with food?
You don’t have to take your dose with food. NeuroBotanicals suggests this because the effects are typically stronger when consumed on an empty stomach. This could especially be an issue for sensitive users or those struggling with anxiety. But there is no harm in dosing while fasted.
Should my dose be 50mg or 100mg?
This differs from person to person and depends on several factors. 50mg of a quality microdose product is a good place to start. You can see how you feel and then try 50mg in the morning and 50mg in the afternoon. Or 100mg at a time.
The potency of the mushrooms, age of the product, synergy of the other ingredients are a few factors along with personal considerations like sensitivity to psilocybin (which has nothing to do with your weight), hormones, diet, sleep, stress, caffeine etc that can all change the effects. So there is no one size fits all. Start low and go slow.

That really depends on a several factors. Some varieties such as Penis Envy are stronger than others. Mushroom chocolates seem to increase the intensity of the come up. But generally a good starting place for a decent trip would be 1-2 grams and then wait an hour. After that you can take more until the desired effect is reached.
Which variety is the strongest?
Penis Envy is famous for being the most potent P. cubensis variety available. Its more expensive but far stronger than other mushrooms.
Which mushrooms are the best for beginners?
We typically suggest Golden Teachers for beginners. They tend to be friendly, euphoric and vibrant. A nice introduction to magic mushrooms.
Its been 5 hours since I ingested. Is it safe to drive etc?
The mushroom experience tends to come on and off in waves. Especially towards the end. You may feel like the trip is completely over but its best to give yourself time before heading back into performing tasks like driving.

We grow about 30% of the varieties sold on our site. The rest are provided by 2 different locals growers that meet our standards of production. This means we have less selection than other dispensaries but we can guarantee every mushroom sold here are grown with love and a commitment to quality.
Can you sell my products?
We are always interested in supporting new people/companies that are making high quality products. But we do have strict guidelines. For example you must be able to prove your products are made in a clean foodsafe environment. You must have high quality, professional branding and packaging.
